I am a Shamanic Medium, Practitioner, and Teacher, where my shamanic training and psychic mediumship blend naturally together to align in Beauty Way. My work as a shamanic practitioner follows the concepts of ecospirituality, which emphasizes pathways to physical & spiritual well-being in the natural world, where spirituality and nature intersect. My shamanic ancestral lineage is rooted in Celtic, earth-based traditions, allowing me to connect with Spirit in deep and meaningful ways. I bring the gift of being able to travel beyond the mist of everyday reality and be a bridge between the physical and non-physical worlds. A special calling in my shamanic work is as a "Ban Chaointe," or what is known as a shamanic psychopomp, where I assist with the proper commissioning of souls to the spirit world.

I have studied, trained, and apprenticed extensively in my ancestral lineage of traditional Celtic, earth-based shamanic practices, faery doctoring, and core shamanic practices under the guidance of Jane Burns, who in turn studied under Sandra Ingerman and Tom Cowan. Ordained as an interfaith minister by the Universal Life Church (ULC) and ordained in the priesthood/sisterhood of the Order of Melchizedek. I am also a Forest Bathing Guide and a Reiki Master Teacher, bringing psychic, medical intuition, and energy medicine to my practice. I am a member of the Society for Shamanic Practice (SSP) and a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals.

I currently reside in Connecticut, USA, with a career in higher academia and enjoying the shenanigans of daily life.  I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Community Health Promotion from Northern Arizona University and my Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, with a focus on Organizational Development & Change, from the University of New Haven.
